Casa de Sueño is a beautiful newly renovated home in incredible Playa Guiones, Nosara, Costa Rica.  Surrounded by lush jungle forest, you are only a few minutes walk to the gorgeous 3 mile surf beach, shops and restaurants truly making it the house of dreams.

The house accommodates 10-12 people easily with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, spacious living area, outdoor covered patio, pool and garden gazebo.

The house has a brand new self contained Casita with room for up to 4 additional guests with a queen bed and pull out sofa bed. The Casita has a separate outdoor entertaining area, a kitchenette for light cooking and a private outdoor rain shower.

The floor plan has an intuitive, open design with the kitchen facing the living area as well as the pool/patio area. The large living room, tv lounge, patio and gazebo have all new furniture with plenty of space to relax after a long day of surfing and beach time.

Among the best features of the house are the two master bedroom suites, each with their own newly redecorated bathroom and king sized bed. The first master bedroom faces the pool and back patio where you’ll wake up to singing birds and a tropical garden. The second master bedroom is directly off the tv lounge and completely private from the first with solid concrete walls in between.

Casa de Sueño also features handmade hardwood furniture, remote controlled ceiling fans, white tiled kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, high speed internet, satellite TV, Samsung SMART TV with Netflix, and safes & A/C s in the bedrooms.

This house is absolutely beautiful with tasteful decoration. Perfect for two families, it is in the quiet sector of the K section in Playa Guiones but walking distance to everything. Blue Dog Cafe is right next door with amazing food and live music. Also should you choose to go surfing, there is a constant break and board rentals close by. If you are travelling with kids, contact Cinthya at Nosara Day Camp. She has lots of great activities, my son adored attending the camp.

This home was perfectly suited for our large family. It was as presented in the photos and included every possible amenity that was needed. The location within walking distance of Playa Guiones, town shops and restaurants was ideal for our stay and allowed our girls to explore some on their own. The town is extremely safe and almost everyone spoke English. The surfing was fantastic and we would highly recommend the sunset horseback riding through Tico tours Alina and our hosts were helpful in assisting us during our stay and also prior to our stay in setting up excursions. We will certainly be returning to Nosara and would not hesitate to stay in this home again.
